According to the Deloitte 2023 Global Human Capital Trends survey, more than 90% of surveyed business leaders believe that using technology to improve work outcomes and team performance is very important or important to an organization’s success.
Yet only 22% believe their organizations are very ready to use technology to improve work outcomes and team performance.
So, my problem was how in crisp, effective, easy to understand business language talk with my CEO and CFO that investing in bridging the skills gap of our employees is crucial for company`s future performance!
My approach began with a meticulous search for individuals genuinely committed to understanding and resolving my specific challenge, rather than offering generic solutions. I sought out individuals who demonstrated active listening skills and a sincere desire to collaborate.
